The firm came into existence in March 1998 with the merger of four different practices of all the 4 partners. Three of them have almost 30 years of professional experience. They are supported by trained and experienced technical personnel, with each specializing in the specified functional areas allotted to them.

The firm is currently operating from two offices one in Mumbai and other in Pune.
